How to find us
We’re located upstairs at 1345 The Alameda. Look for the black door with the tattoo signs around it. If the door is open or unlocked, come on up — we’re waiting for you.
How to book
1st option — The fastest way to reach a busy artist is to stop by the shop and speak with them in person. If we’re with a client, let us know you’re here and interested in a consultation, take a seat, and we’ll be with you as soon as possible.
2nd option — Use the Book Now button to request a consultation. If you want a specific artist, include their name in your request — availability varies by artist. After you submit your request, your chosen artist will contact you to confirm details.
Pricing
Each artist sets their own pricing and may charge by the piece, by session, or by the hour. Pricing varies by artist and design. A deposit of $100–$300 is required to book an appointment. If you no‑show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Our shop minimum is $150.
After care
Tattoo Aftercare Instructions
Proper aftercare is essential for a clean, healthy, well-healed tattoo. Please follow these instructions to protect your new tattoo and ensure the best possible results.
1. Removing Your Bandage
Traditional bandage: Remove after 2–4 hours, unless your artist instructs otherwise.
Second-skin bandage (Saniderm, Derm Shield, etc.): Follow your artist's instructions and the manufacturer's recommended wear time.
If the adhesive bandage leaks, lifts enough to expose the tattoo, or causes irritation, remove it.
2. Washing Your Tattoo
Always wash your hands before touching your tattoo.
Gently wash with lukewarm water and mild, fragrance-free soap.
Use clean fingertips, never a washcloth or sponge.
Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Wash approximately twice daily until healed.
3. Moisturizing
Once your tattoo is clean and dry, apply a very thin layer of fragrance-free lotion.
Moisturize 2–3 times daily as needed.
Avoid heavy applications of ointment or lotion.
Your tattoo should feel moisturized, not greasy.
4. During the Healing Process
Expect mild redness, tenderness, itching, peeling, and flaking.
Do not scratch, pick, or peel your tattoo.
Wear loose, clean clothing to minimize friction.
Avoid excessive sweating and activities that repeatedly rub against the tattoo.
Keep bedding and clothing clean.
5. What to Avoid
No swimming, hot tubs, or soaking in bathtubs until fully healed.
Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds.
Do not apply sunscreen to an open or peeling tattoo.
Avoid exfoliating products, scented lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Do not shave the tattooed area until the skin has healed.
6. Healing Timeline
Healing times vary depending on placement, tattoo size, skin type, and individual health.
7. When to Seek Medical Attention
Some initial redness and tenderness are normal. However, spreading redness, increasing pain, worsening swelling, pus, foul odor, or fever may indicate infection. Seek prompt medical evaluation if these occur.
Your tattoo is an investment in permanent artwork. How you care for it during the healing process directly affects the final result.
If you have any questions or concerns during the healing process reach out to your artist.
